TERMS: Personal Property Bidders must have $100 CASH ONLY DEPOSIT and your Driver's License to register. The Bankruptcy Court requires that we only accept CASH for any Bankruptcy items. When you come to an auction, bring at least $500 cash with you. We will take a $100 CASH ONLY refundable deposit and your Driver's license to register, and if you become the high bidder, we will take a total of $500 cash deposit from you immediately, then hold the merchandise and your check for the balance no longer than until Noon the following day. There are no exceptions to these terms for Bankruptcy items or titled vehicles, vessels. Call if you have any questions. Florida Bankruptcy items will have a 10% Buyer's Premium. "BKC" in the description means the item is from a Bankruptcy case.
