TERMS:  We will take a $100 CASH ONLY refundable deposit and your Driver's license to register. All Bankruptcy items will have 10% Buyer Premium, Cash/Cashiers only for payment. Other items are 15% Buyer Premium, 12% for cash payment.  Complete payment due at time of purchase.   Call if you have any questions. Complete terms announced before bidding begins.

Vehicles: If you're buying any vehicle or vessel with a title, you will need at least $500 CASH ONLY deposit prior to bidding, and you may be required to post additional deposit during bidding, so be prepared for this.  You can complete payment in cash and take vehicle with you that day, or you can write a check for the balance, return the next day before noon with cash or cashier's check to replace your check, and then take the vehicle.  Some Bankruptcy/Receivership vehicles will have a title, others will have a Power of Attorney for you to get a title printed.  Title delays will be announced prior to bidding. Everyone pays sales tax on vehicles except licensed auto dealers, who must have license info with them at time of purchase.
